Lynette Medina Thompson is the National Director of Mrs Universe Great Britain and the driving force behind the organisation's vision to create one of the United Kingdom's most prestigious platforms for women of purpose, leadership and impact.
Since becoming the UK National Director for Mrs Universe in 2022, Lynette has been committed to building a platform that celebrates accomplished women while creating opportunities for personal growth, advocacy and international representation. Her vision extends far beyond the stage, empowering women to discover their potential, amplify their voices and create meaningful change within their communities.
Based in London, Lynette has built an extraordinary career spanning healthcare, fashion, pageantry, philanthropy and business. A qualified Physical Therapist and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, she has dedicated her professional life to caring for others, while simultaneously establishing herself as an internationally recognised leader within the fashion and pageantry industries.
As the Founder and Creative Director of Lynette Couture London, Lynette has quickly earned recognition for creating elegant, contemporary couture that celebrates confidence, femininity and individuality. Since launching the brand in 2025, her collections have been showcased at London Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week and Manila International Fashion Week, while also appearing on the iconic Cannes Film Festival red carpet.
Her designs have been featured in leading international publications including British Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, ELLE UK, Vanity Fair and numerous international fashion publications. Her work has also been showcased on the Times Square Billboard in New York, reflecting the growing global recognition of the Lynette Couture brand.
Beyond fashion, Lynette is a passionate advocate for empowering others. She is the Founder and Director of Medina Creative Productions Ltd., an organisation dedicated to supporting talent within the worlds of fashion, pageantry and creative industries. She also serves as Public Relations Officer for Miss Philippines Great Britain, is a columnist for One Philippines, and sits on the Board of Trustees for the Maya Heart Foundation, continuing her lifelong commitment to philanthropy and community service.
A multi-award-winning fashion icon, philanthropist, beauty queen and global pageantry leader, Lynette believes that true success is measured not only by personal achievement but by the opportunities created for others. Under her leadership, Mrs Universe Great Britain is becoming a platform where women are recognised not simply for who they are, but for the lives they touch, the communities they serve and the legacy they choose to create.

For Sangeetha Menon, wearing the Mrs Universe Great Britain crown is about far more than a title. It is about creating meaningful change, amplifying unheard voices and proving that confidence has no age, size, background or nationality.
An award-winning advocate, international speaker, runway producer and charity ambassador, Sangeetha has dedicated her platform to empowering women to believe that it is never too late to rediscover themselves.
Having overcome years of self-doubt, bullying, health challenges and personal loss, she understands first-hand what it feels like to lose confidence and what it takes to rebuild it. Those experiences became the foundation of her personal mission: helping women recognise their own worth and step into the life they deserve.
A Platform Built on Purpose
Over the past two years, Sangeetha has supported more than 12 charitable organisations, helping raise over £30,000 for causes that improve the lives of women, children, families and vulnerable communities. Her work extends far beyond fundraising — she actively champions awareness campaigns, community projects, education initiatives and partnerships that create lasting social impact. She proudly serves as Brand Ambassador for Refuge, one of the UK's oldest and largest charities supporting women and children experiencing domestic abuse, and Brand Ambassador for Bromley Borough Foodbank, helping tackle food poverty.

Sangeetha's commitment to service has been recognised nationally through the Social Impact Award at the Influencer Awards, celebrating individuals who use their platform to create genuine, measurable change. For Sangeetha, influence is never measured by followers, but by the number of lives positively impacted — every campaign, fundraiser, workshop and collaboration is driven by one question: "How can this make someone's life better?"
Unstoppable Me
At the heart of Sangeetha's work is her signature initiative, Unstoppable Me — created to help women rebuild confidence, overcome limiting beliefs and embrace their authentic selves through inspiring workshops, talks and campaigns centred around self-worth, resilience, leadership and personal growth. Her message remains the same: you do not need to become someone else to succeed — you simply need permission to become more of who you already are.

As one of Britain's leading South Asian titleholders, Sangeetha proudly represents the modern face of Great Britain — diverse, inclusive and united by opportunity. She believes pageants should reflect the real world: women with careers, families, life experience, different body shapes, different cultures and different stories. Representation matters, because when one woman sees herself reflected on a stage, she begins to believe she belongs there too.
